University Partners offers your university or program the opportunity to holistically engage with ULI through direct access to people, information, and opportunities. Our goal is to support your work – to strengthen your industry relationships, grow your thought leadership, and help you shape and draw on intelligence from ULI research, including from our sector-specific Product Councils. In turn we will invite you to lead our work to inform public policy, reach prospective students, reach your own ULI alumni base, connect your current students to ULI's global membership and Young Leaders network, increase your brand exposure, and associate your school with the ULI mission and brand. University Partners recognizes and assists ULI’s most engaged universities at the local, national, or global levels.

We have created new engagement opportunities tailored to meet the needs of partners. Partners receive recognition on ULI's website, in Urban Land magazine in print and online, on our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram), at the quarterly University Forum, and at our ULI Fall and Spring Meeting.

Participate as ULI Members. Members can access the ULI Member Directory; ULI Navigator; ULI Knowledge Finder; ULI Case Studies; Urban Land magazine; ULI Bookstore discounts; local and national events; and eligibility for local leadership roles, among other benefits.

Participate in the semester-long ULI Undergraduate Virtual Program, an introduction to ULI, CRE, and related fields for undergraduates who are not ULI members. Includes webinars, career panels, mentoring, and peer networking.

Participate in the annual ULI Hines Student Competition, an interdisciplinary land use challenge for graduate students in business, real estate, architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning, urban design, land use law, and related fields, with a $50,000 grand prize and opportunity to travel to the host city.

Apply for the annual ULI Etkin Scholars program, which offers free student membership and Scholars-specific programming at the local District Council to undergraduate and graduate students (available in Atlanta, Baltimore, British Columbia, Charlotte, and Colorado in 2021-2022).

Apply for the ULI Graduate Student Fellows program (available to students at Cornell, University of California Berkeley, University of Colorado Boulder, and University of Pennsylvania).

Apply for the ULI/Randall Lewis Health Mentorship Program.

Participate in the ULI Advisory Services Students and Young Leaders Program.

Have access to ULI Learning curriculum, including certificates (e.g., Foundations of Real Estate) or courses (e.g., Pro Forma Fundamentals).

Have access to ULI members for mentoring.

Participate in the Young Leaders Group (YLG) Americas committee.

Participate in an UrbanPlan One-Day Workshop for university students.
