Art in Place

Hello:
The Urban Land Institute Cleveland, a participant in Urban Land Institute's inaugural Art in Place program, has recently been awarded funds to partner with the City of Cleveland to amplify community voices and artist perspectives throughout 2023 with the goal of driving more inclusive and participatory real estate development processes. This will be done with dialogue-building events to amplify voices, places, and research at the intersection of arts and real estate, including a Technical Assistance Panel. A Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) convenes a multidisciplinary team of real estate development professionals who tour the site under review, interview local stakeholders, and develop recommendations that are presented publicly at the end of the session and in a written report.

The Hough neighborhood on the East Side of Cleveland is the selected area of focus. Currently, ULI Cleveland is working to identify artists, developers, residents, and arts organizations who are interested in engaging with this project. If you are interested in learning more or getting involved, please complete the survey below and ULI Cleveland will follow up with you.
