Each TAP requires a different set of skills and type of experience to respond to the questions being asked by a local government, other agency, or even non-profit organization. While most TAPs are focused on a particular site or area within a community, others can be based on a particular challenge facing one or more jurisdictions. In addition to traditional TAPs, there are new opportunities for hosting roundtable discussions with ULI members and jurisdictions focused on emerging issues, market trends and other topics of interest.
