FY25 Leadership Institute Application

ULI Washington’s Leadership Institute is a rigorous experiential training program designed to equip mid-career commercial real estate and land use professionals with the regional and industry insights, leadership skills, and multidisciplinary relationships they need to build a thriving, sustainable, and equitable Greater Washington region.

Throughout this program, participants engage with other commercial real estate and land use professionals from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors in hands-on learning experiences designed to strengthen their leadership skills, grow their professional networks, and deepen their knowledge of our region and the complex commercial real estate and land use issues confronting it.

The FY25 ULI Washington Leadership Institute will meet on the second Thursday of each month from September 2024 through June 2025 (9/12/24, 10/10/24, 11/14/24, 12/12/24, 1/9/25, 2/13/25, 3/13/25, 4/10/25, 5/8/25, 6/12/25). Each session will run from approximately 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and cohort members are expected to attend and fully engage in each session.

Early June 2024 - Applicants notified of acceptance/nonacceptance
August 31, 2024 - Deadline for payment of registration fee
September 12, 2024 - Program orientation (see paragraph above for individual session dates)
