The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a mission-driven membership organization dedicated to shaping the future of the built environment through transformative impact.
ULI is hosting a summer mixer (August 25, 2022 from 4-6pm at a location in Fairmount Park) where community organizations can meet & greet with local experts from the construction, financial, design and legal sides of the real estate industry. ULI is inviting community organizations with a particular land use or real estate challenge to apply to participate in this fun and informal event. Hosted in a more casual happy-hour setting, our members will share resources and insights on participating communities’ unique challenges or opportunities. A written summary documenting member feedback will be provided to each participating organization after the event.
Neighborhood associations, church groups, and community-based non-profits alike are encouraged to apply.
