FY25 Pathways to Inclusion Application

Thank you for your interest in ULI Washington's Pathways to Inclusion program!

ULI Washington's Pathways program provides up to 20 people of color with scholarships for one year of ULI membership and access to programs designed to serve and support participants' professional growth throughout the year. In return, ULI seeks participants who are committed to supporting ULI’s mission to shape the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide and to actively engaging with ULI and the ULI Washington district council.

The program is designed for professionals with at least three (3) years of experience in the land use and commercial real estate fields who are underrepresented in our industry, including those of African American/African, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, Middle Eastern, and Asian descent.
