NEXT Flight 2023–2024
Championing the ULI mission through a compelling avenue of engagement for mid-career professionals.

ULI NEXT Philadelphia extends ULI’s global resources and membership networks to foster leadership opportunities in development and the built environment. The Council will provide a range of benefits to participants as they develop their leadership skills and build lasting relationships across ULI’s leadership and member networks. In order to foster a fruitful and engaging experience, ULI NEXT Philadelphia goes through a selection process to identify members for each flight (or class). A flight is capped at about 30 members. Application deadlines are July 31, 2023.

There will be 12 meetings throughout the program year (July 1 2023–June 30, 2024). Missing more than 3 meetings may result in a request to reconsider my participation on the council. 100% attendance is anticipated, so if I believe I won't be able to attend a meeting, I will let a co-chair or staff person know in advance.
Helping plan a dynamic program of work.
Participating in NEXT is a two-year commitment.
I will pay the $50 council fee within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
