FY25 YLG Mentorship Program Application

The ULI Washington Mentorship Program pairs small groups of young leaders with industry veterans for the purpose of building relationships and sharing industry best practices. Groups schedule their own monthly meetings and determine their own content, often joining together for project tours or panel discussions. The program also hosts networking events throughout the year as a benefit to participants.  This year's program will run from September 2024 through June 2025. We encourage previous participants of the program to apply again and join us for another year of enriching mentorship.

Participation in the ULI Washington YLG Mentorship Program is limited to ULI Washington members.  If you are accepted into the Program and are not yet a member of ULI, you will need to join in order to participate.  You may join via ULI Washington's website here. 

The cost for this year's program will be $200 for public sector members and $300 for private sector members. Need-based scholarships are available; please indicate if you would like to be considered for one in your application.

April 30, 2024 – YLG Mentorship Registration Closes

Early June 2024 – Announcement of Mentorship Program Admission

July 31, 2024 – Participation Payment Due 

September 2024 - June 2025 – Mentorship groups will meet individually, along with cohort-wide programming.
