ULI San Diego – Tijuana relies on the generous support, time and talent of our members to make our local initiatives successful. The Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) program provides expert, multidisciplinary advice to local government, public agencies, and non-profit organizations facing complex land use and real estate issues.
The strength of our TAPs programs comes from the cross-section of expert panelists who have an interest in sharing their expertise as non-biased third parties and will examine issues from multiple perspectives to produce recommendations and an implementation strategy that is based on sound information, community realties, and best practices. TAP panelists donate their time preparing for the TAP, the full 2-day working sessions of the TAP and contributing to the final report.
